2026 Silvergrass Community power washing

We will be in your community on April 6th-7th providing house washing services at a discounted rate.

• Patriots Power Washing has over 100 5 STAR reviews on Google & Facebook! We are very familiar with your neighborhood and have washed many houses in the past in your community.

• These discounts are for homes that are under 3,800 sq ft. If your home is larger than 3,800 sq ft please send us an email - Info@patriotspowerwashing.com for a custom quote.

• Our normal 2 story house wash price is $395 and 1 Story $294.

• Discounted community pricing is 2 story = $290 and 1 Story = $200

• House Wash includes the removal of algae, mold, mildew, and dirt from the siding, exterior face of gutters, and fascia.

• You don’t have to be home during the time of service, an invoice will be texted (can pay online with card) after the job is complete.

• Only things we need from you is to ensure an outside water spigot is working.
